Orders and Shipping
For stocked items, we usually ship the same day if ordered before 2pm.
However, if an order contains special-order items or is waiting on inbound stock we will ship the whole order together once we have all the parts.
Estimated lead times for special-order items or products that are currently inbound are indicated on each product page, above the Add To Basket button.
Once the parts arrive with us we usually ship them in under 24 hours.

We would ask you to contact us as soon as possible to ensure we are able to make the amendments before it is shipped.

We do not store any credit card information in our database.
Stripe, our payment gateway provider will present you with the option to save your card details securely at checkout.
We currently only charge VAT for orders within the UK.
Orders outside of the UK are exempt from UK VAT.
We ship our parts all over the world. Our shipping prices are calculated automatically so you can see exactly how much it will cost before you checkout.
Where possible we try to ship orders in one delivery. However, if one or more parts are special order items or backordered with one of our suppliers we may partially ship your order to get your parts to you faster.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return a product within the first 30 days following delivery.
If your order contains a special-order item or is outside the 30 day period, please see our full returns policy.
If we have incorrectly supplied the product we will reimburse both the product costs and the return carriage costs.
These costs will be refunded as credit note in the form of a discount code. We require proof of carriage costs to be sent to [email protected] along with your original order number.
If your parts are delivered incomplete or have been damaged in transit we reserve the right to replace or repair the product.
Please ensure we are notified of damaged goods within 48 of delivery. If we request the part is to be repaired, we will supply a return label.
If you would like to return the part for a refund, we will reimburse the product costs but not return carriage costs.
